Justin Hallman - Vice President of Sales
Originally from South Carolina, Justin now calls Ennis, Montana, home. Justin and his beautiful wife, Ashly, have 2 sons Grayson and Stetson. Outside of construction life, he loves spending as much time as he can hunting, fishing and teaching his boys to love the outdoors as much as he does. Justin has enjoyed building businesses and spaces for the last 14 years. His work ethic is built on doing it right the first time, mistakes can happen but learn from them and move on better.
Dina McMichael - General Manager
Dina has been a lifelong resident of Marietta, GA, where she has also raised her four children. With a background in education, Dina brings strong communication and management skills to her role as General Manager at Big Sky Construction Services, Inc. Her transition from educator to construction professional has allowed her to leverage her organizational interpersonal strengths to enhance the company’s operations.
As a mother and member of a community that has grown and evolved over the years , Dina offers a unique perspective that sets Big Sky Construction Services, Inc., apart. She has firsthand experience in the renovation process, having personally overseen her own renovation project, which has deepened her understanding of the level of care and attention each project requires. Dina’s commitment to excellence is reflected in her hands-on approach, ensuring every project, commercial or residential, is completed successfully from start to finish.
Dina is dedicated to treating each home or business as if it were her own, ensuring that each client’s vision comes to life with precision and care. She is deeply involved in every aspect of the business and prides herself on building lasting relationships with clients. When she’s not managing Big Sky Construction Services, Inc., Dina enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing tennis, walking, and reading.
Timothy (TJ) Howard - Installation Manager
TJ has been fortunate to share 21 amazing years with his beautiful wife, Amanda, and together they’re proud parents to two incredible sons. Ben often works alongside TJ, gaining hands-on experience and learning the construction trade. Zach, a 2nd-degree black belt in Taekwondo, is also working hard to get his driver’s license.
With over 25 years of experience across every facet of construction, TJ started his career as a laborer and worked his way up to running his own company before joining the Big Sky team. TJ is committed to ensuring that every project he works on is not only completed correctly but also meets the highest standards of excellence.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find TJ enjoying quality time with his family—whether they’re canoeing down the river or relaxing at the beach.
Luis Solis - Project Manager
Luis Solis was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, where he developed a strong work ethic and passion for building from a young age. Starting at just 14 years old, Luis worked alongside his father in the family business, learning the ins and outs of the trade and developing a deep respect for quality craftmanship.
Luis is a proud father to three children, Mateo, Elena, Thiago. He is also happily married to his wife, Norma. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys soccer and is a dedicated WWE fan.
With years of experience in the construction industry, Luis is known for his hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to building lasting relationships with customers. He believes in providing high-quality work and maintaining strong, honest connections with clients is essential to long-term success.
Jill Cleghorn - Enterprise Sales Executive
Born in the land of tea and crumpets, Jill has spent most of her life soaking up the southern charm in Georgia. With a degree in Marketing and Sales, she’s always been driven to build connection and drive results. Now, as an Enterprise Sales Executive at Big Sky Construction Services, Inc., Jill is ready to take the construction world by storm.
