Justin Hallman - Vice President of Sales
Originally from South Carolina, Justin now calls Ennis, Montana, home. Justin and his beautiful wife, Ashly, have 2 sons Grayson and Stetson. Outside of construction life, he loves spending as much time as he can hunting, fishing and teaching his boys to love the outdoors as much as he does. Justin has enjoyed building businesses and spaces for the last 14 years. His work ethic is built on doing it right the first time, mistakes can happen but learn from them and move on better.
Grant - Finance and Contracts Administrator
Grant was born and raised in Oregon and made his great escape to Montana in early 2019. Initially drawn to Bozeman by his passion for skiing and the quest for an alma mater he could be proud of, he holds a degree from Montana State University in Finance. Grant has developed a strong love for the Montana region due to the unmatched scenery and outdoor activities. Grant supports Big Sky, LLC, our clients and vendors with a “can do” attitude and an open mind in order to build the business and our relationships better for years to come.

Bud - Operations & Estimating Manager
Born and raised in the Madison Valley of Montana, Bud has always had a love for construction, starting when he was 13 years old working for his father’s construction company. Bud retired from the Montana Department of Transportation in 2022 and joined Big Sky, LLC, in January 2023 as General Manager. With over 50 years in construction, his experience lends itself to all aspects of construction and concrete trades. Bud has built countless homes including 3 of his own, with his wife Cindy. Bud can manage any project with a high level of detail that you just don’t find anymore.
Heather Sappington - Project Manager
Heather is a proud mom of 5 living in Boulder, Montana. As a volunteer firefighter and a disaster action member with the Red Cross, Heather is no amateur when it comes to service. She is also a power lifting referee! Heather joined Big Sky, LLC in December of 2024 after working with the team on a strength and fitness facility in Butte, Montana.
Cassie Mann - Enterprise Sales Executive
Cassie is a Montana native, having lived in Belgrade, MT most of her life until she moved to Madison County. She attended MSU, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Her drive to help people has always been a motivation in her previous work, which includes being a victim advocate and legal secretary. Her family is her world, and she is happiest when she is spending time with her two children and husband. She strives to share her love of the outdoors with her children, going camping, hiking and fishing as often as possible.
